Author Fees

The registration fees for the 7th International Conference on Applied Sciences, Information and Technology (ICo-ASCNITech) 2026 cover the conference registration (per person) and the right to present one (1) paper.

As this is a hybrid conference, authors may choose to present their papers in person (Offline) at Politeknik Negeri Padang or virtually (Online).

The detailed registration fees are as follows:

1. Offline Presentation

  • Early Bird: Rp 1.000.000,-

  • Normal: Rp 1.200.000,-

2. Online Presentation

  • Early Bird: Rp 800.000,-

  • Normal: Rp 1.000.000,-

Important Deadlines:

  • The deadline for Early Bird payment is June 10th, 2026.

  • Any payments made after this date will automatically be subject to the Normal rate.

Additional Publication Fees Policy
All accepted papers presented at ICo-ASCNITech 2026 will be peer-reviewed and published in the conference proceedings. Selected high-quality papers will be recommended for publication in Scopus and SINTA-indexed journals. Please be advised that any additional publication fees (Article Processing Charges) required by these Scopus or SINTA-indexed journals will be borne entirely by the author(s).
