It is an honor to announce that Politeknik Negeri Padang will host the 2019 International Conference on Applied Sciences, Information and Technology (ICo-ASCNITech) which is going to be held in Padang, West Sumatera Province, Indonesia, from 1-3 November 2019. This 2019 international conference is the third year of ICo-ASCNITech, and will be held annually since 2017. This ICo-ASCNITech 2019 would focus on the theme :
“Revolutionary Contribution of Applied Science and Technology to Society in Industrial Era”.
Due to the current industrial era, there are challenges should be faced by educational institutions on how to establish and reinforce the right competency on applied science and technology in accordance to the demand on the labor market. The 3rd ICo-ASCNITech is dedicated to a unified communication platform for numerous researchers, practitioners, academicians, and students to identify and share various aspects in applied science and technology. Discussion on the latest innovations, trends and practical concerns and challenges faced in these fields are also encouraged. All presented papers will be forwarding to be published in Scopus Indexed Proceeding (IOP).
Padang, the venue of ICo-ASCNITech 2019 is one of the biggest cities on the west coast of Indonesia, and is world-widely known as a city of art and culture, and also its ethnic cuisine. Therefore, added to the conference agenda which consists of welcoming and opening dinner, keynote session, parallel sessions, and poster sessions, a one day tour will be organized by the committee. You will be directed to Bukittinggi, a two-hour ride from Padang for experiencing the unique culture and culinary of Minangkabau. Accomplishing the experience, you can enjoy the blue sea and mountainous green scenery around West Sumatra Province.
ICo-ASCNITech 2019’s keynote session will be delivered by an expert from reputable university in South East Asia. This session will be conducted on Saturday, 2 November 2019 which will focus on engineering and information technology.

Paper eligibility

- Paper must be written and presented in English
- All submissions should be up-to-date, original, and previously unpublished research in any conferences
- The bibliography should be at least 12 references, and the sources cited should at least 50% come from those published in the last 3 years
- The paper should be written in doc.file (Ms.Words) using the available template, and downloaded through Template ICo ASCNITech 2019
- All presenters are requested to submit the full paper before Friday, 23 September 2019 (extended), at 12.00 AM
- Full paper must be submitted online through FULL PAPER SUBMISSION
Poster Presentation
-
- Poster must be written and presented in English
- Materials to mount posters must be provided by each presenters individually
- No certain preferences on the material, and may be presenting on canvas
- Poster recommendation geometric: 60 cm x (120 – 140 cm), equipped with Standing Banner
- All posters should be prepared in advance and brought to the conference by the presenters
- Presenters must locate their assigned poster display, and hang their poster at least 15 minutes before the poster session
- Note that poster presenters are not supplied with any audiovisual equipment

Presentation Style

- Oral Presentation: Oral presentation is scheduled for 15 minutes total (sharp), including 5 minutes for questions/answers. It will be presented in Conference Hall and Rooms. Each presenter must preload their presentation upon receiving notification of acceptance a week before the conference time by uploading it through the web.
- Poster Presentation: Poster presentation will be exhibited in Conference Hall, and presented during parallel session. Poster presenters are kindly asked to stand at or near by their poster for at least the first 50 minutes of the poster reception.
